Hey all! We are a family of 4 trying to purchase a forever home! We can't seem to find any good homes or people to help us out! If you know of any or if you have one available we are looking for a 3+bedroom home with some land. Preferably country and not city limits. And no mobile home parks, but we are fine with a mobile home. We are able to put money down with additional monthly payments. We would prefer to not go over total asking price of atleast $70-80k. 8k for downpayment Thanks!
