Join us for a fun walking tour through our partner farm’s fields, see baby animals, go strawberry-picking and much more! Groundcycle is all about connecting you with your local farms—we're so excited to finally announce this farm visit! We've been working with Garden of Eve since our second week & want to invite you to come out to see how your food is grown. By signing up, you will get to: Participate in a walking tour of the farm See baby animals at the Fun FieldsGo strawberry-pickingHang out at the farm's the Hammock CabanaVisit the farm-stand and brewery for food + beerOur Bin Swap members and Compost Hub attendees will have first access to RSVP and on Monday, June 7th, we will be opening up registration to members of the public so don't wait to sign up! -- **Please note that due to COVID-19 safety precautions, we cannot organize group transportation to the farm. Garden of Eve is located about 80 miles away from New York City and accessible by car (around 1.5 hrs away). If you are relying on public transportation, we recommend taking the LIRR towards Ronkonkoma and getting off at the Riverhead stop. The farm is an 8 minute drive from the station so if you need a ride, please check out and let us know by midnight on Monday, June 14th so we have enough time to coordinate for you. To remain safe, all attendees are to be masked at all times and should properly socially distance themselves.
