PART TIME CUSTODIAN NEEDED

Part time Custodian position Schedule is Monday through Friday - All major holidays off Shift starts at your preference after 5pm each day. Friday shift may be done on the weekend at any time. Job runs for approx 3 hours per shift - Pay starts at 14.00 per hour Job description – This is light custodial work in a clean and secure environment – think Bank. Consists of these types of nightly duties – mopping, vacuuming, garbage removal, bathroom restocking, light dusting, light window cleaning and counter wiping. Job is consistent and basically the same every night. This is an unsupervised position. Requires some heavy lifting of garbage sacks etc. Nothing over 40 lbs or so. There is a training and evaluation period for this position that will last for approximately two weeks. Job site is located in central area downtown with it’s own free parking and easy secure access. Employee criteria: Must be able to pass a background check. Previous experience preferred but not an absolute. Must be able to work unsupervised for the most part and be a self motivated and detail oriented individual. Must be physically capable of performing the diverse physical aspects of this position. Must be available to start within two weeks. I am looking for someone who is available for long term employment. This is not a temporary or summertime or seasonal job. This is a light custodial or janitorial position at a financial institution. The work is very straightforward and consistent from day to day. I am looking for an individual who needs a part time job or a supplement to existing employment. It is a perfect job for full time students or anyone looking to make some supplemental income. I need a presentable person who can take and show some ownership in this work. I also need a person who is looking to settle into this position for more than a few months etc. Please do not apply if: You are going on vacation in the next month.
