Looking for a cleaner to help clean a very busy 1 bedroom, 1 bath home that is rented as a short term vacation rental year round. The home is located in downtown CDA. Duties would include: Cleaning and prepping the home for the next guest(s) coming in. (Vacuuming, swifter, bathroom tub and shower cleaning and dishwashing and/or putting dishes away after the dishwasher is done. Washing and caring for dirty linens, towels, sheets, floor mats and blankets from the previous guests stay. Basic care and attention to wear and tear of the property, light bulbs and other basics. Typically there are many cleanings in between stays. The hours to clean are 11 am to 4 pm for same day check-out/check-in stays. Cleanings per month vary depending on the season, winter can have 3-5 cleanings a month, summer up to 18-20 a month. It takes approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours to clean typically. Usually just 2 guests and over the past 5 years the home is left in great shape and care. Owners supply cleaning products and vacuum if needed.
