You are invited to the 1st Open House of OENODIA North America OENODIA North America is happy to invite you to its first open house in its new office and warehouse in Napa, CA. While we all share a moment of conviviality, STARS® pH, the new piece of equipment of OENODIA's portfolio, will be running and you will have the opportunity to establish the magic of this technology on the spot ! The Oenodia team will run a couple hundred gallons of red wine that day with an instantaneous acidifaction that you will be able to taste. You will even be authorized to fine tune the pH directly according to your preference as the machine runs. In the meantime, food from the finest French local producer will be served: Charcuterie from Maison Porcella, cheese from Marin French Cheese, bread and pastries from Sarmentine bakery... and of course some non experimental beverages ! Please come join us to celebrate before harvest starts and share a happy time with the whole Oenodia team who will answer all your questions about our technologies. - PLEASE RSVP - Because of Covid rules, attendees will be limited even though the event will take place outside in open air.
