Description

This bootcamp event is for people who want to workout but don't know where to start! Come join me for some outdoor body weight exercises. The event will begin at 10am but please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early so we can begin on time! You will workout for 45min and stretch for the remainder 15min. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. This bootcamp is for beginners but there will be variations of each workout to intensify the exercises for people who want to take things to the next level!
