Porter/Amenity Attendant Maintaining/Cleaning the grounds and amenities of a Luxury Apartment community in Fort Walton Beach. Daily exterior duties include disposing of litter left on grounds, changing bags/emptying trash cans, straightening pool furniture, blowing debris from sidewalks, etc. Daily interior duties include maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Leasing Office, fitness center, game room, business center, elevators, interior corridors, glass doors/windows, etc. Some preventative maintenance duties may be included as well as special projects assigned by management. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm or 7:00a.m. -4:00 p.m. We are looking for a friendly, out-going, customer service driven individual that is interested in becoming part of a great team within a growing company.
