McKinney & Olive invites you to a complimentary outdoor Tabata class Thursday, June 10 at 6:00 p.m. with Marc Arismendez of Trophy Fitness. McKinney & Olive is hosting a Trophy Fitness Tabata class with Marc Arismendez on Thursday, June 10 from 6:00-7:30 p.m.Marc will lead you through a high-intensity interval training and cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. Bring a mat or a towel and get ready to sweat! Stay after class for food, drinks, and awesome giveaways! 10 minutes:-Dynamic warmup-Mobility/Stretching routine-Plank/Core work20 minutes:Full body tabata style workout 10 exercises20 seconds on/10 seconds rest10 minutes:Conditioning/Cardio intervalsMixed with more core workFor those attending that are not tenants in the building, please park in our retail parking garage. There are entrances into the retail garage from Olive St. and Cedar Springs Rd. From the parking garage elevator, you will select level 1 to the building's main lobby.
