Due to our thriving business we are currently hiring movers and drivers to accommodate our growth. Movers – Drivers and Helpers Needed Job Description: We are looking for clean cut, hardworking, experienced and responsible professional movers to help us provide Top Notch Service to our loyal customers. We are looking for trained movers that are skilled in packing boxes, properly padding and protecting furniture, disassembly and reassembly of furniture, loading and unloading the truck all while delivering exceptional customer service. Starting pay is dependent on relevant work experience Hourly + Commission + Benefits Drivers/Foreman: $15-18 per hour + Tips Must have a clean Driver’s License and MVR • Must be able to pass drug test • Must be able to pass road test in truck. Movers / Helpers: $10 -14 per hour Responsibilities: -Provides excellent customer service to all clients -Greets client upon arrival to location with a smile, handshake and positive attitude -Performs a walk through with the client to review the scope of work and develop an efficient plan with the team -Communicates professionally in English, verbally and written -Safely and efficiently moves, packs and unpacks client’s belongings to their satisfaction -Uses dollies and proper lifting technique to move furniture and boxes to and from moving truck -Reviews contract with client upon completion of the job, obtains required signatures and collects payment -Driver is responsible for safely driving and maneuvering a 26’ box truck -Works safely, professionally and efficiently *We provides the proper equipment and training to ensure your success and safety Requirements: -Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required for driver applicants (CDL is NOT required) -Drivers must be at least 21 years of age or older -Excellent customer service skills, professional and positive attitude -Physical ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. -Reliable transportation -Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays Opportunities: -Flexible Schedule -Advancement opportunity we are growing quickly! -Hands on training and career development; If you invest in us, we invest in you!
