A 4 day training in disciple-making and church planting movements best practices being used world-wide to start movements among all nations. This event being held in-person in San Antonio, TX is a 4 day training in disciple-making movements (DMM's) and church planting movements (CPM's) best practices and principles being used world-wide today to see No Place Left where Jesus is not proclaimed. God is using DMM's and CPM's among everyday men and women in some of the most difficult to reach places around the world to spread the gospel of Jesus and quickly multiply healthy new disciples and healthy new churches. We believe God wants to do this in our city. SCHEDULE: Thursday, June 10th: 6 - 9PM Friday, June 11th: 6PM - 9PM Saturday, June 12th: 9AM - 4PM: 1 hour break for lunch Sunday, June 13th: 10AM - Noon Encouraged gathering for Movements Church, final session is 1-4PM Cost is free! We ask that each attendee commit to the following pre-homework: (1) Read through the book of Luke and Acts at least twice in the month leading up to the event. (Feel free to use an audio bible on your device to facilitate familiarizing yourself with these two books prior to the training). (2) Commit to daily prayer for 30 days before the event for your family, friends and city. (3) Strive to share the gospel or a story about Jesus 5 times per week in your relational network for each of the 4 weeks leading up to the training. (Sharing with your family/friends counts, the goal is to become more like Jesus and grow in being comfortable talking with others about our faith). We are partnered with the No Place Left Network in San Antonio, TX and across the world to see no place left where the love of God in sending Jesus Christ has not been proclaimed. We aim to see the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) in this generation by practicing discipleship and being the church to reach everyone, raise up new leaders, and send to the ends of the earth so everyone can find the hope we have found in Jesus.
