We are a Tier II OLCC licensed farm and we are looking for hard working employees to take care of the garden this year. Employees must have an OLCC worker permit/handlers card in order to be considered. Will need to fill out a W2. This position has as much potential as you want-- this is not a 'dead end' farm job. Schedule may vary as workload can be intermittent. Job consists of-- Pruning (*defoliating plants) Hanging trellis netting onto T Posts Tying up branches (later in summer) Light irrigation duties (daily emitter checking) Weeding Hustle and reliability are the most important aspects we look for. We are looking for the right person to manage/maintain the garden and lead us into harvest. We want motivated people that we can count on and build our team around.
