WOMB TEMPLE: New Moon Cacao Ceremony, Tantric Embodiment Practice, Guided Womb Activation, Intention Setting, Sound Bath and Sister Circle I would love to welcome you into this space, to slow down, feel held and nourished. This circle is a space for us to gather, without judgement or comparison, where we practice the art of listening and sharing from our hearts, honoring our own needs and the needs of others. We will begin with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony to increase our connection to ourselves, the earth, and the community around us. By allowing the spirit of cacao to beckon us deeper into our heart space we will be more open, more receptive to our inner wisdom and to our hearts deepest desires. We will then move into a Tantric Embodiment Practice to help us get out of our heads, and into our bodies. You will then be invited to join me in connecting with your Womb Space, through a guided exercise involving sound, movement and breath. This will allow us to tune into the wisdom within. Afterwards we will lay down to enjoy a renewing sound bath with Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls, allowing the healing vibrations to balance and naturally realign our energy centers. From that place we will set our New Moon intentions for the next Lunar Cycle. This is a time to set new intentions for things you'd like to create, develop, cultivate, make manifest in the coming cycle. This journey is unique as it will incorporate several healing modalities to leave you feeling a state of bliss and joy. This special in-person experience will be held outdoors where you have ample space to socially distance while being with community at the same time.
