The State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) with the State of Hawaii DBEDT allows firms interested in or ready to export to learn, advance and secure international sales.  SBA’s cutting edge “CEO” course, Emerging Leaders, sharpens the tools for small business owners to reach the next level by mastering business management skills.  SBA’s government contracting has a significant impact on the Hawaii & Pacific Island’s economy, fueled by our critical location in the Pacific and the military investment.
