Handyman/Handywoman Needed

30 hours/week 10am - 4pm Must be available on weekends for 'on call' needs. Duties include: Plumbing - unclog drains, change faucets, change toilet, bathroom vanities, etc. Landscaping - killing weeds, garden clean-up / mulching, hedge trimming, etc. Light Electrical - change a ceiling fan, electrical outlets, etc. TV's light bulbs Light Drywall - repair any holes in walls, patch, paint. Painting/ empty Garbage cans Door Handles and locks Clean A/C and filters Appliance Repair - also preferred.
