back door stuck - lack of use

I have a back door that is virtually stuck shut from lack of use most likely. I am a 66 yr old man and don't get to use it as much as I would like. I don't think it's going to take a big tool or anything to get it unstuck, but I would sure like some help. It might take a younger man - I am not sure. I am open to anyone. If you happen to know someone who need it, I have some experience in taking care of pipes. Hope someone is willing to help tonight or possibly tomorrow. I am near 132nd and Maple street.
