The Asylum Radio Network presents Bamskull’s Bamfest! Featuring hot up-and-coming and national metal acts while raising funds for charity! The Asylum Radio Network presents Bamskull’s Bamfest! Ready to bring metal to the suburbs? Join us at 5 O’Clock Sports Bar & Grill as we invade Covington for the ultimate metal festival! Saturday, August 14th, noon to 1:30am and again on Sunday, August 15th, noon to 1:30am, we will be hosting a line up of the top rising stars in metal music. On Saturday, we will be presenting a ladies alliance of female fronted bands followed the next night by a bandjam of musicians from all over the country! It’s a festival you won’t want to miss. We have been stuck in the house and ready to bring back live music for over a year. Now it’s time to dust the leather and metal off and represent. Metalheads, there won’t be a better opportunity than this in the metro Atlanta area. On day one’s Ladies Alliance, you will see The Plan, Storm Theory, Wisher, Serotonal, Conkrete God, Lilith Rising, Bam, Waking the Sleeper, Sister Kill Cycle, Gandhi’s Gun and Dying Oath. Day two’s Bandjam brings you Big Murder, Pull No Punches, Scarlett, Stoneman, Bam, Deadspeak, Hall of Elders, Redefined, and Fractured, with special guest, Somnea on both days! So if you have missed the ear splitting rib cage rattling of live metal and the pit is calling you, we will see you starting on August 14th in Covington, Georgia for the first ever Bamfest. In addition to our killer lineup, we will be holding a $5 cash raffle and a percentage of proceeds from the event and 100% from the raffle will be going to benefit the Wildlife Critters Circle of Life Rehabilitation Center, a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and release injured and orphaned native mammals, reptiles, and birds and to give children in the community the opportunity to experience the love, affection, and responsibility we have to care for God’s creations. Metal and helping wildlife? There is no better cause. This will be an outdoor event, so come prepared for the Georgia sun. There is free parking available on site, and the event is an easy commute from downtown Atlanta. Help us in getting the music industry back on its feet. We will see you on the edge. Find more information about our designated charity, Wildlife Critters Circle of Life Rehabilitation Center, at Wildlife Critters Circle of Life Rehabilitation Center - Home (wlcritters.com). BAMskull’s overall goal is to give artist’s a real showcase experience. We do not charge bands to play here. As a musician myself (BAM), I understand the difficulties that come with the territory. That’s why I created BAMskull Productions. We will be having our grand opening and very first show(s) August 14th & 15th in Covington Georgia. This show will not only be a showcase of amazing musicians but the show will be helping Wildlife Critters Circle of Life Rehabilitation Center! We hope to see you all there. For tickets and information about the show, follow the link above. Until then stay safe and continue to support your local music scene.
