Youth Fitness Camp - Ages 7 and UpThis is a fitness kids program that features individual skill development and introduction to strength and conditioning, core techniques, one on one and group training. This half day Camp is 3 hours each day for four days and is suitable for all skill levels. Campers will also learn about Gym Etiquette, Respect, Responsibility, & Sportsmanship.The Cohen Weightlifting Youth Fitness Camp is the only weightlifting camp in the country that offers instruction from a 2 time Olympic team coach and gives the campers opportunities to work alongside National and World team members.Please note that there is a limit of 12 campers per session to maintain safety standards. Many camps will fill up and be closed – please register early to avoid disappointment. All coaches are USA Weightlifting certified with background screening. Team Savannah is licensed and insured.
Activities include - agility drills, blaze pods, boxing, olympic weightlifting, games and more.Camp is 9am - 12pm Monday to Thursday.
