Must like rock music and be able to prove all of the following information request before meeting up: You must have all lifetime shot immunization records up to date available for review and verification. Proof of flu shot history within the past 10 years. Proof or ID proving citizenship. A voter card would work if you have no DL. Birth Cert ok as well but no photocopies. Must be original certificate. Also any current medications you are taking including illegal substances. Expect a urinalysis upon initial meet up. Oh as well...up to date with the covid vaccine with proof code or card with date of vaccine(s) and expiration. Also proof of a shingles vaccine with verification card as well. We cant take any chances. I have 4- 8 ft dia flat bottom plexi bubbles that we will all be using when we play. There is venting and power inlets and as well you must have a n95 mask or equal on at all times. Background checks on criminal and work history will be taken once we have all the other information.
