SAC Health System would like to lend a hand by providing backpacks to our community. To support families in our community to prepare school aged kids in returning to school, SAC Health System will be hosting our 2nd annual Grab & Go Backpack event. Please be aware that pre-registration is required for all school aged children that wish to receive a backpack. In order to ensure the safety of our community and staff, the following guidelines will apply: -A vehicle with a working trunk is required ( items will be placed in the vehicle by our staff, all participants must remain in the vehicle) - ONE BACKPACK PER STUDENT, while supplies last -All school aged children (5-17 yrs) must be pre-registered to receive a backpack - Back pack tickets will be sent via mail and can be accessed by mobile device ( Please be aware that families accessing the ticket via mobile will have longer wait times) If you are a family currently experiencing homelessness with no mailing address, please contact the CRC directly at 909-771-2891.
