654Limo is looking for a friendly, self-motivated, team-player who is tech savvy, detail oriented and loves customer service!
This position requires strength in multi-tasking, attention to detail and a strong desire to work with people. It also requires being comfortable with technology, using multiple software programs/platforms simultaneously while communicating with customers and team members.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Ensuring high level of customer service.
• Responding to lead requests.
• Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
• Booking reservations.
• Answering customer calls to assist with quotes, questions, needs, or complaints.
• Answering driver calls to assist with their trips.
• Calling customers and drivers to confirm their trip details.
• Solve problems quickly
• Send emails and learn new software
• Tracking driver locations
• Dispatching trips to drivers
Qualifications:
• Must be able to work Holidays, Weekends, and flexible hours.
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Ability to multi-task
• Organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Type 50+ words per minute.
