Stephen has been walking a rich path of Spiritual Cultivation for over 30 years. Stephen was traditionally trained under a Mongolian Eagle Clan Lineage Shaman for over 20 years. Under this apprenticeship of traditional Indigenous training awakened his ancestral lineage of his Grandmother who was from South America. Conception Arias was Puripechian, or Tarascan from the Michoacan. She was a Curenderra and a Medicine woman of Lineage. Stephen is one of three children in his Family and the only one who care takes the Lineage of his Grandmother’s Tradition. Stephen did also train under Dr Richard Bartlett of Matrix Energetics. Stephen successfully completed Levels One, Two, and Three of this Practice. Stephen Met Max Christensen and began training under him in advanced Taoist Systems, Mongolian Darhad Wolf Clan Shamanism, and Advanced Egyptian Teachings of the Order of Anubis. Stephen is still under the guidance of Max. On this colorful journey Stephen was introduced to the Venerable Karma Gyurme Rinpoche. The 8th Lharig Sigtrul Tulku Lama of Dorgee Drak. Karma Gyurme Gave Stephen his first Tibetan transmission and practice of Vajra Armor and Medicine Buddha. This began the profound transformation that Stephen is still cultivating currently. He as accomplished the accumulation of over 493,000 mantras of Vajra Armor. At 40,000 mantras His Instructor Max Christensen who is a Wudang Taoist and Nyingma Lama noticed the profound changes in Stephen and said not to stop the Tibetan Practices of Vajra Armor. Stephen was instructed to seek a Rinpoche and receive the Training and empowerments of Phowa and Amitaba. This practice opens the Crown Chakra. Then advised to continue with this path. Stephen then met His Eminence Khenchen Rigzen Dorjee Rinpoche and received Phowa and took refuge. Stephen received his Name “ Odgen Tobgyal Gyalpo” which translated is Guru Ronpoche Powerful King. Stephen also received the Long Life empowerment Whit Tara from Rigzen Dorgee Rinpoche. His teacher Max advised Stephen to seek the empowerment and teachings of Vajrakilaya. During this time Stephen met Garchen Rinpoche and received the teachings and empowerments of Red Yamantaka, White Tara, Green Tara, Ganges Mahamudra, Chakrasavara, most of which these transferences took place at the Garchen Institute Monastery. Under the Monastery resides Kenpo Tenzen which Stephen received the empowerment and teachings of the 1,000 arm Chenrigzig. Stephen established a sound and strong foundation of cultivation in Tibetan Buddhism. Stephen is now currently studying advanced Dzogshen and Mahamudra practices, Taoist cultivation. And continuing in his Shamanic tradition of his Grandmother’s Lineage. Stephen is an accomplished Percussionist and Musician all his life. He studied under the Late Louis Belson. Stephen was a student of Professor Francis Awe of UCLA. Baba Francis Awe is a Talking Drum Master from Nigeria.
