Looking for a stable, flexible and competent maintenance man to run the maintenance department at a 90 unit Apartment building in Millbrae. Must be knowledgeable in electrical work, plumbing, painting, etc. You will also be on call in evening for emergencies, (which don't happen often). Must have a phone. This will be a full time job.
