We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working production worker who can keep up with the demands of a manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of quality. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis. Production Worker Duties and Responsibilities • Work within several departments with consistency, speed and accuracy • Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently • Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping • Operate machinery and hand tools correctly and maintain them with care • Work cooperatively with the production team and management to meet quotas and goals • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Must observe and comply with all safety guidelines, policies and procedures • Follow all written and verbal instructions • Attend and participate in all safety and production trainings • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude • Must be detail oriented • Willingness to learn to setup and operate specialized processing equipment • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team • Any and all other tasks as assigned Production Worker Requirements and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required • 2+ years’ experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred • Basic math, reading, and writing skills • Basic computer skills • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times • Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching • Able to work 8 hour shifts standing, walking and bending • Reliable, punctual and able to work 40 hours a week Benefits: • Holiday pay after 90-day probationary period • Vacation and Medical insurance after first year of employment Employment: • 40 hours a week / Monday thru Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm Compensation: • Hourly rate will vary based on experience • Paid weekly • Reviews at 30, 60, 90 days and annually thereafter
