We are a loving caring family that is looking for someone to join us full time in caring for our property. On our 4 acres we have an Olive Orchard of about 150 trees, 3 vintage chicken coops from the 1800's, organic vegetable/herb gardens, a mind blowing pool, many other fruit trees, alpacas, chickens, goats, dogs, and lots of kids. We are in need of someone that is organized, sees what needs to be done, a self starter, takes pride in their work, comes to work with a big picture of what needs to be done, reliable, productive, kind, and grateful. Responsibilities include anything we need that particular day in operating this farm. Tasks could range from landscaping duties to animal chores, to irrigation fixing, sweeping, construction projects, tending to the animals if we travel. The ability to carry up to 50lbs would be very helpful. We are willing, depending on experience and the number of hours able to work approximately $15-$20/hr.
