Firefighters Extinguish Garage Blaze In Waukesha

WAUKESHA, WI—A fire broke out in a detached garage on Saturday morning in the area of North Hine Avenue and Cumberland Drive. Fire Department units were able to quickly extinguish the fire and no additional buildings were damaged. No one was home at the time of this incident and no injuries were reported, according to a news release. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. The Waukesha Fire Department would like to thank the concerned citizens in the area that reported the fire and remind everyone in the community of the importance of early notification in the event of a fire.
