Ali Fitzpatrick will lead us through an Astrological New Moon Energy Talk, Kundalini Meditation and gentle Kriya movement and soulful journaling prompts and Melissa Baker will give a channeled transmission and guided meditation that includes group energy work. The evening will also include community, connection, discovery, magic, release + intention setting as we move into this new season with deep soul alignment. And to conclude our time together, let your mind, body and spirit soak in the healing and rejuvenating sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, multiple Gongs, chimes, ocean drum and tuning forks for individual healing and clearing.
