Outdoor Workout at Nebraska Mini Mart We are teaming up with Nebraska Mini Mart again to offer you our signature low impact exercises in a high intensity format. Taught by The Bar Method's Owner Jenny, the class is a suggested $10 donation to the Downtown Tampa YMCA. Donations will provide financial development for all youth programs. This workout is for all levels and will bring the heat! Jenny will strategically place stretches placed in between exercises to reward and lean out your muscles. Everyone will be properly and safely spaced out. Owner and Instructor, Jenny, will work muscles you didn't even know existed.
