I'm looking for a room to rent, preferably in Oakland or very nearby. I'm 72, female, and in good health. I can pay $500-$700 per month, plus my share of utilities. I don't smoke or drink, and I'm responsible, tidy, and quiet. I have a good rental history and references, and I work at a retail store in Oakland. I'm not looking for any kind of physical relationship, just a living space. I'm willing to help with household tasks as needed, and I wish to reside with people who will respect my privacy as I will theirs. I get along well with people of all ages. :)
