Register now: June 24, 2021, 4:30-6pm Goan Style Coconut Curry Live, On-line Cooking Class: $29.99 Live, On-line Cooking Class with Spice Kit: $39.99 Goan cuisine is a mix of its native cuisine and many European influences -- it is not very spicy but high on flavour. The recipe is a simple Goan curry made with dry mixed roasted spices and a rich coconut milk and tomato gravy. If you haven’t tried dry roasted spices, you will be in for a treat! The smell that the spices emit are amazing. An ingredient list will be provided one week prior to the class -- most of the ingredients you will already have in your pantry and the recipe is customizable for a vegetarian or non-seafood option. Wine pairing and cocktail recipe suggestions will be included to complete your experience.
