East Lansing Community Anti-Racism Series
In November of 2020, East Lansing declared racism a “Public Health Crisis,” and our community vowed to make changes, to educate ourselves, and to fight for racial justice. What can we be doing to support this work? Advancing White Anti-Racist Education (AWARE) is offering a series of 3 workshops for East Lansing community members to explore white supremacy and anti-racism.
Sessions will be held June 16, 23, and 30 from 6pm to 8pm. The cost is $100 but discounts and scholarships are available so that every community member can participate.
