Chief Building Engineer Redmond, Wa Founded in 1989, HRI is an independent commercial real estate firm in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for smart, organized, and highly-motivated individuals. JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Building Engineer will work with the property manager to provide top-of-the-line service to our tenants. Primary Duties: Manage and lead team of engineers and recruit, supervise and mentor their development. Provide coaching, direction and leadership to employees * Lead in a positive positive manner and promote a cohesive working environment. * Conduct regular safety trainings * Follow our preventative maintenance program * Schedule inspections with contractors * Work with the Property Manager regarding budgeting, capital expenses, etc. * Read and follow manufacturers recommended procedures and perform in a workmanship like manner. * Participate in meetings with clients and tours * Supervise vendors and contractors ensuring quality of work * Foster great tenant relationships and top of the line service * Promote and mentor coworkers * Ensure a safe working environment EXPERIENCE: * 10+ years’ experience * 10+ years’ experience operating relevant computer systems and hardware
