POSITION SUMMARY: The essential duties of this position will be to prepare and operate machinery to manufacture cement pavers and retaining wall products. Also, this position will assist with the loading and packaging of product onto pallets to be wrapped and placed into inventory. JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, plus the following requirements: • Understand units of measure and be able to perform general mathematical equations. • Must be detail, safety, and quality orientated; careful attention to detail is required. • This position requires a lot of bending, twisting, and reaching while standing. • Must be able to work quickly, while standing, in a fast-paced environment. • Physical capacity to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. • Ability to work in a team setting, and independently. • Willing and able to work all shifts, overtime, and adaptable to changing work hours. • Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions. • Prior mechanical experience, or being mechanically inclined (i.e., capable of recognizing machine issues and irregularities) is necessary. • Previous forklift experience/ certification is a plus.
