Hignite Construction is a general contracting firm looking for a new addition to our team! We are looking for an experienced fence & general construction laborer that is preferably skilled in fence work. Someone who can work fast-paced, is a team player, shows up on time, is responsible, and dependable. Responsibilities: • Assist with craft woodworking • General Labor as needed • Load or Unload heavy materials • Assemble fence structures and take them down • Prep the construction site • Clean the construction site • Follow instructions • Dump runs and material deliveries Skills: • Organized • Has a sense of urgency to complete jobs • Fencing experience required • Labor experience required • Follow through with daily assignments on time • Familiar with general construction safety guidelines • Able to lift heavy objects • Able to dig and excavate • Knows how to use and operate power tools • Has reliable transportation • Valid License • Verified references • Drug Free
