Join church leaders and influencers from Grand Rapids and beyond to learn the what, why, and how behind urban & cross-cultural ministry The Urban Experience exists to build reconciling relationships by providing participants with experiential learning opportunities that cross racial, social, economic, and historical boundaries. This one day training will equip leaders to build reconciling and restorative ministries within their local context. Troy A. Evans (aka PE) was born and raised in inner-city Grand Rapids, MI. At age sixteen, he became a father and got involved in local gang activity/ leading. In 1996 he gave his life to Christ. He and his wife, Dawn are the parents of eight children and seven grandchildren. PE & Dawn have planted three churches including The EDGE Urban Fellowship (Hip-Hop Church) in Grand Rapids. PE serves as North American Urabn Church Planting Catalyst for the Wesleyan Church. PE is the author of "The EDGE of Redempion".
