Rehoming 8 month old Beagle

I'm rehoming my 8 month old Beagle due to space restrictions. His name is Liam and is mostly brown with mix colors and speckled paws. He's 23lbs as of a month from this post and will is not likely to push over 25lbs. He comes with all shots utd as well as a kennel if wanted. He is potty and house trained, however additional behavior training is needed, as he is still a puppy. I've taken him to several off leash dog parks and he gets along very well with others dogs. He's very friendly toward all people and enjoys being the center of attention. He can be a little over excited at times so it would be wise to have caution with him around small children. He is very well adjusted to car rides as I bring him to work with me everyday and most places I go. I'm rehoming Liam because this is what I feel is best for him due to space restrictions I will soon have in a few months in my new home. Liam is my best friend so what's best for him will come first. Anyone wanting to adopt Liam, must meet the requirements of being able to attend to his needs. Namely, a large fenced yard for plenty of exercise and training in. As well as a rehoming fee.
