HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 4, Anne Hunt, of Hamden, purchased a Powerball ticket from the Wheels of CT shop in Hamden and won $50,000.
