Maintenance Handyman $15.00 Hour Location: Sun City, CA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5am to 2.30pm What is the Job? Working for a large Home Owner’s Association, we’re looking for someone with a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and if you have carpentry skills, that’s a huge plusKnowledge of hand and power tools and building maintenance and repairs Perform general landscaping and groundskeeping tasksKeep the interior and exterior of the buildings clean and in good repairStow tools and equipment safely and securely at end of shift What Do You Bring to the Job?
