Immediate need to hire a Ground person/Swamper/Labor for Tree Company Qualifications: • Ready to work • Driver’s License (Preferable) • Dependable • Reliable • Honest • Ambition to grow and learn • Takes direction well • Team player • Knowledge of operating a chainsaw • Knowledge of operating a bucket truck • As a grounds person, you will lift and move heavy brush, buck up logs, chip debris, and work long hot hours in the sun. Experience preferred This is a contract to hire position. Starting pay is $17 depending on qualifications. Immediate raises available. WEEKLY pay. After 90 days, one week paid vacation. After 6 months of continuous employment, $1000 bonus. Referral bonuses.
