San Diego County health officials reported 67 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, but no new deaths.
Out of 8,378 test results received in the past day, 0.8% returned positive as the 14-day rolling average held at 0.8%.
For the fourth time in the past seven days, officials reported no new community outbreaks. Over that period, there have been four outbreaks linked to 25 cases.
As of Sunday, nearly 80% of the goal population – 1,657,954 county residents – are fully vaccinated. The county continues to have a large supply of doses on hand, nearly 400,000.
Since the pandemic began in March 2020, there have been 280,742 COVID-19 cases in the county. The death toll stands at 3,764.
