Description

We are seeking a Manager of Administration, to serve as part of the senior management team, for our rapidly growing, fast-paced construction client, located near Tewksbury, MA. Responsible for developing and implementing efficient and effective administrative policies and procedures, motivating and building teams throughout the organization and contributing to the development and strengthening of the company culture. Must have outstanding leadership, communication, project management, computer, problem solving, organizational, administration and operations skills. Must be able to motivate and foster team building. Must be able to design efficient and effective operating systems and infrastructure in order for the business to grow smoothly and successfully. Construction industry or related industry experience is a plus. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of hands-on experience establishing internal Standard Operating Procedures and mentoring and growing teams.
