MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —An oil spill has caused the closure of Marine Avenue between Pine and Walnut Avenues, and the Manhattan Beach Police Department is advising motorists to avoid the area. The Manhattan Beach Fire Department and Public Works are on scene. Clean-up should take approximately one hour, according to officials.
