We have an opening to split our private rehearsal with your band. Located in Largo, Starkey/Ulmerton area. Fully air conditioned. Great sound. We have a board and small pa for you to use. Or Bring your own. Room to leave the avg sized drum set and your small amps, but there are 2 other bands there (no full Marshall stacks and the Ampeg 8x10)…. Everything is locked and safe. Only 2 keys will be issued. Must have a valid id. Restrooms on site. Evening/night and weekend rehearsal only. The other two bands typically play one or two nights during the week. Weekends are typically open. We all work with each other’s schedules as needed. Monthly rental, long term preferred. No wild partiers, train wrecks, drama, or craziness. Young guys/ new bands with revolving members should use Circle studios. Professional, working, responsible people with a steady group only. Absolutely no smoking cigarettes inside the studio. It’s a rehearsal studio, not a hang out pad or a place for spectators. No couch to bang the groupie…. Keep it clean! $200/ month. $200 deposit. Text 727-two78-three095 Mike
