REWARD Black Messenger Bag Stolen From Car at 31st and N Street NW

1301 31st Street NW Washington DC My car was broken into at 11:25 AM this morning in Georgetown at the corner of 31st and N Street and I had a black messenger back stolen. The thief probably stole the laptop, but may have discarded the bag itself. I had a number of important documents in the bag that likely were of no interest to the thief. If anyone in the neighborhood happens to see a black messenger bag abandoned in an alley or trash can please please message me. I have attached a picture of a similar black messenger bag.
