General Assistance - Part Time - Needed for Monday and Tuesday

CASAGO SANTA BARBARA NOW HIRING PART TIME POSITION FOR MONDAY AND TUESDAY Luxury property management company is seeking a part time employee to help run errands, drop off laundry and supplies for houses and do light maintenance like change light bulbs, change tv remote batteries. This is a part-time position with set days. Monday and Tuesday. The total hours over the two day period will be between 8-12 hours total. The shift start and ending time will vary slightly but most likely will be from 9:30 am to 1:30pm. You will need to have a cell phone and a drivers license. You will be driving a company vehicle, and must be able to lift up to 50lbs and climb a step stool to change light bulbs. An example of a typical work week. Arrive at the office, unpack and sort clean linens, break down boxes, carry linen packages out to the company van, drive to Carpinteria and drop off linen packages and cleaning supplies for the cleaners. Check TV remotes to make sure batteries are good, test the WiFi to insure that it's working. Drop off used linens to the commercial laundry facility. Report back to the office. Duties: Move in and Move out inspection. A careful eye for detail is required Communicate with Manager in office to report any issues. Complete various tasks as assigned by executives Replace batteries, change light bulbs, ability to lift 50 pounds Necessary to have understanding of WiFi Setup, TV Remotes, Cell Phone Apps, Computers.
