$25 hr Cement Mixer Operator

Hi, I just need someone strong enough to lift and carry 80lb cement bags a few steps to a cement mixer, and mix with water. One or two bags mixed at a time, then dump the mixture into 5 gallon buckets. I need someone who can do the entire cement mixing part on their own while I apply the cement to the basement. It isn't that complicated, but it is a bit of a workout. Probably about 4 hours of work, depending on when we do it. I probably need you to load and mix about eight 80lb bags or so of cement, but the mixer does the hardest part. If I mix it myself, I don't have enough time to apply it before it starts to harden, so this seems like a good solution if you can mix while I apply the cement. You could also help apply some of the cement. I only need help for this cement mixing job for one or two gigs, but there may be more gigs afterwards, which would involve mostly just moving furniture and belongings from a garage to a basement. Possibly another couple of cement gigs in Fall for cement work on the outside of the house stone wall. If you really want to work, there will probably be a lot of other things I could hire you to do, if you're in the mood. Preferably you will have a car, as we might in the future pick up a few more cement bags from the Lowe's at the Waterfront, but that would be a gig for later.
