3 year old morkie

I have a 3 year old morkie who needs a new home ASAP I just don’t have time for him as I’m a new mom of twin boys. He is potty trained very sweet and kennel trained he sleeps in his bed on the floor next to me or in his kennel. He needs to be fixed and needs shots I have no shot records on him. He does not bark in kennel loves to play. He also needs a good grooming I tried to do it myself and it looks awful.
