Available Openings for: Dog Daycare Attendant. ALL Applicants should: • Have good decision making and problem solving skills. • Have strong verbal communication skills. • Possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task. • Be self-motivated. • Be able to work in a team environment. • Have previous work experience demonstrating dependability. • Demonstrated flexibility and proven coping skills. We are a fast-paced business and the candidate should be prepared to spend their day on his/her feet. Multi-tasking and maintaining organization in a busy environment is required. The responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following: • Positive “Can-do!” attitude; understand and display self-leadership. • Have a natural love of animals. • Display and implement canine group play management, gate management and knowledge of dog behavior and interactions in a group environment. (for attendants only) • Show leadership attitude and attention. • Use Learned Class Management Tools throughout the day. (for attendants only) • Ability to run/move/react quickly. • Be able to react calmly and professionally in emergency situations. • Examine and observe animals to detect signs of illness, disease, or injury. • Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, and be on your feet for extended times during shifts. • Proactively clean up after dogs at all times. Optional benefit package after 90 days of employment for full-time employees Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
