Description
I've been stepping up my exercise recently, and I've over done it. My lower back is shot, and my hamstrings and groin have been tightening up on me. I was wondering if anybody knew of any good places to help me get this taken care of? Or if anybody has any experience in this sort of thing? I'm guessing I need to work on form/posture and on some rehab techniques. I figured since I'm still in my twenties that I would be invincible, but I guess not.
Thanks! I'm tired of limping around.
