Looking for a great landlord

Are there any landlord on here that have houses, duplex or townhomes in Milwaukee Wisconsin available around august or September? I am open to other parts of Wisconsin as well. Or know any landlords? Hoping to keep under 1,100 a month 3 plus bedrooms. We also like to keep a clean home so pleas don't have any roaches or bed bug infestation. My family currently have bin renting a house from a great landlord and have a good relationship with them. Not 1 month late on rent for past 3 years. Unfortunately we need to find are own place do to the safety of my family and children because of the grandfather that is unstable that's on the leas with us. Are credit is bad from living with this person with us who was not paying his portion for a a wile so we had to use credit cards to cover his half. but have great rental history and stable income and background is clean. Pleas message me first so my phone will not get spammed all hours of the night because I need my sleep with having 3 energetic boys. Have a blessed day
