Learn a career for life! Training compensation begins at hourly rate of $15 to $17 for brief period (roughly 60 to 90 days) based on your learning ability. Then big increase in pay with an aggressive commission structure. We are seeking mechanically-minded hard workers to learn a life time trade/career, with earning potential up to 80k per year! Our overhead door technicians earn great money, and can work at their own pace. It is also rewarding, as you work with many happy customers throughout San Diego, every day. Must like: putting pieces of puzzle together (creative, problem solving, logical—remember your childhood erector set) active, physical work, be ‘mechanical’, (e.g. previous experience as auto/tire technician would be helpful), problem solving and thinking outside of the box, and interacting with people etc. We are an industry LEADER in the sales, installation, and service of residential and commercial overhead doors and gates looking for hard working, energetic individuals to join our growing team.
